DEFECTIVE ORDER.

We at DopeVibez take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective order please email us a brief description of the issue, your order number & a picture to-> dopevibezshop@gmail.com <-After this has been completed, a member of our staff will reply within 24 hours to move forward with the appropriate procedures. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS.

Items do take 5-7 business days after the payment has been received and packaging has been processed. Due to COVID rules and regulations nationwide, we are working to ship items as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to unpredictable circumstances, these conditions may vary. We thank you for your understanding.
