This needs to be done within 21 days of purchasing the item(s). Once you contact us through email, we will walk you through the procedures to properly return the item(s).

A request for refund can be placed up to 21 days after a purchase. Once a member of our staff has claimed the product(s) eligible for a return, you will receive all the information necessary to return the item(s). Once we receive such item(s) and confirm that the conditions are as described, we will issue the refund.
